Of this, $3,281.4 billion was the government debt, an increase of $9.5 million from the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>Also about $450 million of the external debt were owed by the Central Bank of Armenia, a decrease of $1.56 million over the month.<\/p>\n<p>The government\u2019s domestic debt rose by $7.2 million to $733.3 million in late October.
