Kamurj (Bridge) universal credit organization has joined the credit programs of the National Mortgage Company and Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin (Housing for the Young) to offer affordable loans for purchase of apartments, their renovation and improvement of their energy-saving.<\/p>\n<p>Armen Arevyan,\u00a0 the head of the organization\u2019s marketing, public relations and advertising department, is quoted as saying in a press release that these new\u00a0 types of\u00a0\u00a0 loans called\u00a0 &#8220;new house&#8221;, &#8220;energy-saving\u00a0 house,&#8221; &#8220;renovated house&#8221; and\u00a0 &#8220;affordable housing for young families\u2019 will\u00a0 help customers to make the right choice.<\/p>\n<p>He says two loans- \u2018the energy-saving house\u201d and \u2018renovated house\u201d also provide customers with an opportunity to receive a grant in the amount of 5%-10% of the loan amount as an additional incentive to use these types of credit.<\/p>\n<p>According to Arevyan, the interest rates on these loans range from 5.8% to 14%. He adds that in addition to these loans, Kamurj continues to provide simple and affordable agricultural, consumer and business loans, which are given with the minimum number of documents and flexible maturity periods.<\/p>\n<p>Kamurj, one of the major credit organizations in Armenia was established in 2012 as a result of the reorganization.
