{"id":82705,"date":"2014-12-17T10:11:21","date_gmt":"2014-12-17T10:11:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/12\/17\/242040\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:15:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:15:18","slug":"transactions-worth-amd-7-5-bln-made-abroad-by-using-armenian-banks-cards-in-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/12\/17\/82705\/","title":{"rendered":"Transactions worth AMD 7.5 bln made abroad by using Armenian banks\u2019 cards in October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 17. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> About 187,000 transactions were made by using Armenian commercial banks\u2019 plastic cards outside the country in October 2014 (about 1.6% month-on-month growth), the Central Bank of Armenia says in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>Total amount of these transactions was about AMD 7.5 billion \u2013 a 5.7% month-on-month growth.<\/p>\n<p>Non-cash transactions amounted to around AMD 5.6 billion \u2013 4.2% more than in September 2014.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, AMD 1.9 billion was withdrawn abroad in October by using Armenian banks\u2019 plastic cards \u2013 5.4% less than in September (AMD2.04bln).<\/p>\n<p>Twenty one commercial banks operating in Armenia\u2019s territory provided and served plastic cards in late October 2014. Of them, 19 are participants of ArCa payment system.
