It said their number increased by 22 in the third quarter.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time the number of operating POS-terminals decreased by 57 at the end of the third quarter to 6,902.<\/p>\n<p>Only 19 commercial banks out of 21 issued and serviced banking cards.
