{"id":83845,"date":"2015-01-26T08:53:00","date_gmt":"2015-01-26T08:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/01\/26\/242258\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:15:58","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:15:58","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-96-4-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/01\/26\/83845\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $96.4 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, January 26. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $96.4 mln at a weighted average rate of 473.59 drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on January 19 to 23, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 7.3 mln euros and about 693.7 mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 547.42 drams per \u20ac1 and 7.17 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $91.4mln, \u20ac8.6mln and about 144.8mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 476.76 drams, 555.83drams and 7.48drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (January 12-18) totaled about 30.9bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $36.7mln.
