{"id":85099,"date":"2015-03-03T12:51:08","date_gmt":"2015-03-03T12:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/03\/03\/242455\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:16:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:16:39","slug":"armenias-kamurj-signs-1-5-mln-loan-agreement-with-triple-jump-bv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/03\/03\/85099\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s Kamurj signs $1.5 mln loan agreement with Triple Jump BV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 3. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Kamurj universal credit organization has signed a new agreement with Dutch Triple Jump BV worth $1.5 million, the press office of the organizations reported.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement will enable the company offering more advantageous loans to clients for improving their housing conditions, including the energy saving solutions, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>These solutions are especially important for low-income families in the conditions of periodic energy rises, director of Kamurj UCO Gagik Vardanyan said.<\/p>\n<p>Vardanyan also said the expanding cooperation with foreign partners allows Kamurj diversifying its funding and offering more reasonable and targeted financial services.<\/p>\n<p>Kamurj is one of the biggest credit organizations operating in Armenia. It was founded in February 2012 as a result of re-organizing. Kamurj cjsc was established as non-profit organization, by a benevolent organization supporting microbusiness in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Assets of Kamurj universal credit organization rose by 47.9% during 2014 to 15.7 billion drams, liabilities were about 10 billion drams (almost doubles from the beginning of the year), capital amounted to 5.7 billion drams (5% growth) and loan investments were 13.5 billion drams (31.6% increase). The profit of the organization was 425.2 million drams in 2014.
