{"id":85246,"date":"2015-03-09T07:58:32","date_gmt":"2015-03-09T07:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/03\/09\/242484\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:16:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:16:44","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-70-7-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/03\/09\/85246\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $70.7 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 9. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $70.7 mln at a weighted average rate of 478.15 drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on March 2 to 6, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 6.8 mln euros and about 661 mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 533.08 drams per \u20ac1 and 7.70 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $84.1mln, \u20ac12.3mln and about 198.2 mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 479.68 drams, 536.78 drams and 7.91 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (February 23-March 1) totaled about 31.7 bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $68.7mln.
