The Central Bank said a corresponding decision was signed by Central Bank chairman Artur Javadyan on April 29. ACBA \u2013CREDIT AGRICOILE BANK runs now 55 branches.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA was established in 1996 as part of EU\u2019s TACIS program. As a result of a long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation between ACBA Bank and the French Credit Agricole the latter became the biggest shareholder of ACBA in 2006, September. ACBA was restructured, becoming a closed joint stock company and was renamed ACBA CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.<\/p>\n<p>According to the latest data, the bank\u2019s assets in 2014 amounted to 286.4 billion drams; its liabilities were worth 237 billion drams and capital was worth 49.37 billion drams.
