{"id":87386,"date":"2015-05-07T17:42:05","date_gmt":"2015-05-07T17:42:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/05\/07\/242823\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:17:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:17:49","slug":"share-of-armenian-banks-non-performing-assets-7-41-in-late-march","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/05\/07\/87386\/","title":{"rendered":"Share of Armenian banks&#8217; non-performing assets 7.41% in late March"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 7. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> The share of non-performing and written-off from banks&#8217; balances assets was 7.41% in late March 2015 after shrinking 0.53 percentage points over one month, the Central Bank of Armenia reports on its website.<\/p>\n<p>The share of non-performing and written-off assets of Armenia&#8217;s residents was 7.18% in late March.<br \/>\nConsumer loans constituted the bulk of non-performing and written-off assets reaching 1.76% (0.07% growth).<\/p>\n<p>Trade made up 1.51% here (0.01% decrease), construction 1.01% (0.11% decrease), processing industry 0.69% (0.02% growth) and agriculture 0.65% (0.12% decrease).<\/p>\n<p>There are no non-performing assets in the financial sector.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial banks&#8217; aggregate assets amounted to AMD 3 264.8 billion in late March.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty one commercial banks operated in Armenia in March 2015.
