{"id":88211,"date":"2015-06-01T10:36:54","date_gmt":"2015-06-01T10:36:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/06\/01\/242988\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:18:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:18:20","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-66-9-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/06\/01\/88211\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $66.9 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 1. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $66.9 mln at a weighted average rate of 477.79 drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on May 25 to 29, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 4.7 mln euros and about 657.7 mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 522.89 drams per \u20ac1 and 9.36 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $63.1mln, \u20ac8.9mln and about 214 mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 480.1 drams, 528.16 drams and 9.49drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (May 18 to May 24) totaled about 33.3bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $33.1mln.
