{"id":89089,"date":"2015-06-26T16:20:28","date_gmt":"2015-06-26T16:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/06\/26\/243116\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:18:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:18:44","slug":"araratbank-to-conduct-ipo-later-this-year-in-london","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/06\/26\/89089\/","title":{"rendered":"Araratbank to conduct IPO later this year in London"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 26. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Araratbank will conduct an IPO before the end of this year, the bank\u2019s board chairman Ashot Osipyan said today when speaking at its annual meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Presenting the bank\u2019s strategic plan of actions he said the IPO will be conducted outside Armenia, in London, UK, in \u2018an alternative market\u2019 and that the bank had a preliminary agreement to this end.<br \/>\nAraratbank was established in 1996.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest shareholder of the bank is the oil trader company Flash (64.24%), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) holds 25% and another 10% is owned by RURAL IMPULSE FUND II SA SICAV SIF company.
