The board is composed of ten members.<\/p>\n<p>MTS Bank (Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development) is a large universal bank in Russia, a subsidiary of OAO AFK Sistema. The bank\u2019s operations are in Moscow and the Moscow region.<\/p>\n<p>Arthur Baghdasaryan served as chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia from 2003 to 2006.
