It was followed by HSBC Bank Armenia with 49.9 billion drams capital, a 6.3% growth from the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Ardshinbank with 48.8 billion drams came in third (a 3.6% growth); Ameriabank was fourth with 45.2 billion drams (a growth of 6.8%) and VTB Bank (Armenia) was fifth with 29. 6 billion drams (a 3.5% decline).<\/p>\n<p>In the first half of 2015 the main indicators of the Armenian banking system demonstrated a decline; in particular, the banks&#8217; total assets declined by 3.62% compared with the beginning of the year to 3. 267 trillion drams; their liabilities fell by 5.1% to 2.764.3 trillion drams and liabilities to clients fell by 1% to 1. 678.7 trillion drams.
