{"id":90333,"date":"2015-08-06T10:53:00","date_gmt":"2015-08-06T10:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/08\/06\/243326\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:19:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:19:24","slug":"ex-head-of-union-of-banks-of-armenia-admitted-to-unibank-board","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/08\/06\/90333\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex-head of Union of Banks of Armenia admitted to Unibank Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 6. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Ex-head of the Union of Banks of Armenia Ararat Ghukasyan became a member of Unibank Board, the bank\u2019s website reported.<\/p>\n<p>Ararat Ghukasyan is admitted to the Board as of August 3, to replace Suren Hayriyan who resigned earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Currently the Unibank Board comprises of Gagik Zakaryan (chairman), Georgy Piskov, Eduard Zamanyan, Hrant Arzumanyan and Ararat Ghukasyan.<\/p>\n<p>Ghukasyan has long-year work experience in the Armenian banking sector and held management positions in Conversebank, HSBC Bank Armenia and Byblos Bank Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>Ghukasyan head the Union of Banks of Armenia in 2009-2011.<\/p>\n<p>Unibank CJSC was established in October 2001 with the authorized capital amounting to $5 million. In 2002, the bank introduced Unistream system. Unibank is a member of NASDAQ OMX stock exchange.
