YEREVAN, March 18. \/ARKA\/. Universal Credit Organization (UCO) \u201cAregak\u201d has no plans to enter the market of consumers\u2019 crediting, said Mariam Yesayan, Executive Director of UCO \u201cAregak\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe do not fully refuse products of consumers\u2019 crediting but currently prefer business credits\u201d, she said.<\/p>\n
During last year the company assessed provision of consumers\u2019 credits as high risk activity.<\/p>\n
\u201cRisk level of credits, redemption of which depends on unpredictable circumstances is rather high\u201d, she said.<\/p>\n
Priorities of \u201cAregak\u201d were and now are business credits as people can have an opportunity to work and get income due to their credits.<\/p>\n
UCO \u201cAregak\u201d was established in 2006. As of December 31, 2009 assets of the company were 11.2 billion drams versus 9.5 billion drams in 2008, credit investments were increased by 7.5 billion drams making 7.9 billion drams.
