{"id":90947,"date":"2015-09-02T11:50:12","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T11:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/09\/02\/243454\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:19:48","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:19:48","slug":"average-monthly-salary-in-armenias-financial-sector-slips-1-8-to-366100-drams-in-june-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/09\/02\/90947\/","title":{"rendered":"Average monthly salary in Armenia&#8217;s financial sector slips 1.8% to 366,100 drams in June 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 2. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> An average monthly salary in Armenia&#8217;s finance and insurance sectors notable for the highest-paid jobs slid 1.8% in June 2015, compared with June 2014, to 366,133 drams, the National Statistical Service of Armenia reports.<\/p>\n<p>Communication and mining sectors&#8217; average salaries were high as well \u2013 351,400 drams and 344,900 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The lowest-paid jobs were in the housing and utilities services segment \u2013 117,200 drams, in the education segment \u2013 117,400 drams, in culture and leisure \u2013 118,200 drams and in agriculture forestry and fishery \u2013 120,100 drams.<\/p>\n<p>The country&#8217;s average nominal monthly salary was 180,989 drams in June 2015 \u2013 a 0.7% month-on-month increase and a 8.5%year-on-year increase.<\/p>\n<p>The highest average salary was recorded in the country&#8217;s Syunik province in June 2015 \u2013 215,200 drams, and the lowest salary in Aragatsotn province \u2013 about 127,500 drams. An average nominal salary in Yerevan was 194,400 drams.<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary statistical reports, An average nominal monthly salary in Armenia was 190,553 drams (399 US dollars or 22,903 Russian rubles) in July 2015 \u2013 5.3% higher than one month ago.
