It declined 0.6% from the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>Liabilities in SDR amounted to $122.7 million, a decline of 0.6%. The regulator also owed $ 202.2 million in other loans, an increase of 25.7% over the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>Other external liabilities of the Central Bank as of late July 2015 stood at $06 million.
