Overdue loans at Armenia&#8217;s commercial banks totaled AMD 40.1 billion in late July 2015, after shrinking 1.96% over one month, the National Statistical Service of Armenia reports.<\/p>\n<p>They made up 1.9% of the commercial banks&#8217; aggregate loan portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Short-term loans amounted to AMD 27 billion in late June showing a 2.3% month-on month decrease and constituting 67.5% of the overdue loans.<\/p>\n<p>Loans with extended terms totaled about AMD 120.3 billion in July \u2013 0.6% growth, compared with the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statistical report, banks&#8217; aggregate credit investments amounted to AMD 1 886.2 billion in late July after reducing 0.3% over the month. Loans in foreign currencies totaled about AMD 1 252.9 million.
