VTB Bank (Armenia) has started providing loans not secured by property.<\/p>\n<p>The bank&#8217;s press office says the bank extend such loans for all consumer needs, such as apartment repair, car purchase, treatment and education, without any property pledge or guarantee requirement.<br \/>\nClients wait the banks&#8217; decision no longer than two working days.<\/p>\n<p>All the individuals who are residents of Armenia, no younger than 23 and not reached their pension age are eligible for applying for Universal Loan.<\/p>\n<p>The loan is extended for up to 5 years at 17 to 24 percent interest rate, depending on for what targeted segment of the bank each particular client is fit.<\/p>\n<p>The amount to be lent ranges from AMD 100,000 to AMD 4,000,000. No fee is required for consideration of an application.<\/p>\n<p>The Universal Loan also allows voluntary accident insurance.<br \/>\nIdentification document, social card and income evidence are needed for formalizing the loan.<br \/>\nMore detailed information is available on the bank&#8217;s official website.
