{"id":93011,"date":"2015-11-23T08:35:04","date_gmt":"2015-11-23T08:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2015\/11\/23\/243855\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:21:05","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:21:05","slug":"armenian-banks-bought-81-7-million-in-one-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2015\/11\/23\/93011\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks bought $81.7 million in one week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 23. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Twenty-one Armenia-based commercial banks bought a total of $81.7 million from the local foreign exchange intra-market from November 16 to 20 at the weighted average exchange rate of 480.88 drams per $1, the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia said.<\/p>\n<p>It said also in the same time span they bought 7.3 million Euros and about 1.1 billion Russian rubles at weighted average exchange rates of 512.64 per one Euro and 7.31 drams per one ruble.<\/p>\n<p>The banks also sold $74 million, \u20ac11.5 million and 342.7 million Russian rubles at the weighted average exchange rates of 472.89 drams, 517.87 drams and 7.43 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, from November 9 to 15 the banks extended about 48.9 billion drams worth loans in the Armenian national currency and $31.3 million loans in US currency.
