It was the second incentive campaign of the bank, the latter said in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, the employees engaged in the sale of MasterCard cards from August 1 to October 30, 2015 were awarded bonuses, while 20 employees with the best results were allowed to participate in a raffle of prizes. The winner of the monetary prize was financial consultant Mkhitar Mkhitaryan from a branch in the town of Aparan.<\/p>\n<p>This incentive campaign was launched in May 2015, resulting in a substantial growth in sales of Cirrus \/ Maestro, MasterCard Standard and MasterCard Gold cards, VTB Bank (Armenia) said.<br \/>\nVTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Yuri Gusev is quoted as saying that incentive campaigns are instrumental in raising the professional skills and motivation of employees.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We appreciate our colleagues who are not only professional, but also show initiative and commitment,&#8217; he said.<\/p>\n<p>VTB Bank (Armenia) is entirely owned by Russian VTB Bank.
