{"id":96983,"date":"2016-04-14T13:25:50","date_gmt":"2016-04-14T13:25:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/04\/14\/244492\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:23:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:23:09","slug":"armenian-credit-organizations-credit-investments-total-amd-179-4-billion-in-late-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/04\/14\/96983\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian credit organizations&#8217; credit investments total AMD 179.4 billion in late February"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 14. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian credit organizations&#8217; credit investments totaled AMD 179.4 billion in late February 2016 &#8211; 0.11% more than in the previous month, the Central Bank of Armenia says in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>Credit organizations&#8217; aggregate lending for residents amounted to AMD 163.6 billion in February.<\/p>\n<p>Loans extended to households totaled AMD 133.8 billion in February showing a 2.1% month-on-month growth.<\/p>\n<p>Loans extended to households made up 81.8% of the total amount \u2013 AMD 92.2 billion was lent in the Armenian national currency and AMD 41.5 billion in foreign currencies, and loans extended to corporate clients amounted to AMD 27.2 billion against AMD 27.8 billion in January (2% month-on-month decline).<\/p>\n<p>According to the central bank&#8217;s figures, the amount lent to companies made up 16.7% of the total lending \u2013 AMD 14.8 billion was lent in Armenian dram and another 12.5 billion in foreign currencies.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty two credit organizations operate in Armenia now.
