{"id":97738,"date":"2016-05-10T14:32:43","date_gmt":"2016-05-10T14:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/05\/10\/244618\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:23:33","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:23:33","slug":"banks-bought-58-8-million-at-intra-bank-forex-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/05\/10\/97738\/","title":{"rendered":"Banks bought $58.8 million at intra-bank forex market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 10. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Armenian banks bought a total of $58.8 million at the local intra-bank forex market from May 2 to\u00a0 May 6 at the weighted average exchange rate of 477.67 drams per $ 1,\u00a0 the Central Bank said.<\/p>\n<p>It said the banks also bought 7.7 million euros and about 727.7 million Russian rubles at the weighted average exchange rates of 545.59 drams per \u20ac1 and 7.25 drams per one ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the banks\u00a0 sold about $69.7 million, \u20ac9 million and\u00a0 305.3 million Russian rubles at the weighted average exchange rates of 479.41, 551.13 and 7.38 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from April 25 to May 1 the banks provided about 37.9 billion drams worth loans in the Armenian national currency and\u00a0 $46.7 million worth loans in USD.
