{"id":98259,"date":"2016-05-23T15:08:48","date_gmt":"2016-05-23T15:08:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/05\/23\/244704\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:23:48","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:23:48","slug":"nominal-discount-bonds-issued-by-national-mortgage-company-placed-at-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/05\/23\/98259\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominal discount bonds issued by national mortgage company placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 23. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> On May 20, 2016 placement of nominal discount bonds (NMCCB1E) by \u201cNational Mortgage Company\u201d Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>The Company submitted for placement 170,000 discount bonds for the amount of AMD 1,700,000,000 with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and maturity period of 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Seventeen\u00a0 transactions were concluded during the placement, as a result of\u00a0 which bonds for a total of AMD 573,728,510.55 were placed. Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 8,996.63, weighted average yield was 10.9169% and the cut-off yield stood at 11%.<\/p>\n<p>National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1\/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>Currently three issues of corporate bonds by NMC (NMCCB2A, NMCCB2B \u0587 NMCCB2C) are listed on the main Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc.
