{"id":99577,"date":"2016-07-07T14:24:59","date_gmt":"2016-07-07T14:24:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2016\/07\/07\/244922\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:24:31","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:24:31","slug":"central-bank-suspends-activities-of-three-branches-of-inecobank","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2016\/07\/07\/99577\/","title":{"rendered":"Central bank suspends activities of three branches of Inecobank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, July 7. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> The Central Bank of Armenia approved July 6 a decision to suspend the activities of three branches of Inecobank- Malatia -2, Nor Nork -2 and Artashat &#8211; 2.<\/p>\n<p>The regulator did not elaborate but the decision in all likelihood is prompted by the merger of Inecobank with ProCredit Bank, approved by the regulator on April 26.\u00a0 On May 10 the regulator recognized Inecobank as the successor of ProCredit Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Inecobank was registered in 1996.\u00a0 In the first quarter of 2016 Inecobank\u2019s assets stood at 217.5 billion drams, liabilities \u2013 at 175.4 billion drams, total capital \u2013 at 42.1 billion drams,\u00a0 authorized capital \u2013 at 22.3 billion drams, credit investments \u2013 at 153.8 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>Net profit in the first quarter 2016 amounted to 1.2 billion drams.
