YEREVAN, March 16. /ARKA/. Russia and Armenia have completely abandoned settlements in US dollars and euros, Armenian Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan said.
“The ruble is too volatile now, so the Armenian dram now looks more preferable, but the potential of its use in bilateral trade is limited,” Kerobyan said in an interview with Russian daily ‘Vedomosti’.
The leaders of Armenia and Russia agreed to expand the use of national currencies in mutual trade settlements in April 2022. –0—
