Outstanding credit portfolio of Armenian crediting organizations increases in March by 5.2%

YEREVAN, May 18. / ARKA /. The outstanding credit portfolio of Armenian crediting organizations increased in March 2011 by 5.2% from the previous month to a total of 63.7 billion drams, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) said in an aggregated report on money and credit indicators for March.

According to the report, time credits constituted 98.3% of the combined portfolio or 62.6 billion drams. Their share grew by 5%.

The overdue credits in drams made 0.7% or 453 million drams of the combined portfolio. Their share jumped in March by 29.4% as opposed to February. ($1-373.74 drams). -0-
