Gold prices down in Armenia

YEREVAN, January 16. / ARKA /. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week. The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

It said the gold is to be bought at 20,058.17 drams (+127.67) and sold at 21,802.36 drams (+138.77); silver is to be bought at 367.63 drams (+6.1) and sold at 399.60 drams (+6.63); platinum is to be bought at 19,223.67 drams (+686.53) and sold at 20,895.29 drams (+746.22); palladium is to be bought at 8,284.89 drams (-56.64) and sold at 9,005.32 drams (-61.56).
