Euro down 0.36 points to AMD 411.07

YEREVAN, 25 December. /ARKA/. The average market exchange rate of the US dollar to the Armenian dram on 25 December 2024 was 396.06 drams, up 0.31 points compared to 24 December.

Euro exchange rate decreased by 0.36 points to AMD 411.07, while the Russian  ruble exchange rate increased by 0.01 points to AMD 3.98, the Central Bank reported.  -0-

Unexpected losses of the Armenian banking system on the horizon of three-year stress testing at the Central Bank are estimated at about 2% of risk-weighted assets, or about 185 billion drams, said Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, presenting the financial stability report for 2025.
