Weighted average rate of Armenian dram to us dollar is 396.59 for $1 on march 29, 2010

Armenia’s financial agenda last week covered inflation trends, capital market activity, new bank bond issuances, and cross-border remittances.

The average market exchange rate of the US dollar against the Armenian dram, established on Armenia's currency market, fell by 0.48 points on October 13 compared to October 12, settling at 361.73 drams.

The World Bank Group mobilized $342 million in private capital in Armenia during the 2026 fiscal year—a 56-fold increase compared to the $6 million recorded in the 2022 fiscal year, the World Bank’s Armenia office reported.

The net inflow of cross-border remittances to individuals in Armenia, received from abroad via the banking system of the Republic of Armenia, totaled $1.8 billion in January–August 2026, compared to $889.3 million in January–August 2025, according to a report by the republic's Central Bank.

The National Assembly of Armenia, at an extraordinary session on Monday, ratified loan and grant agreements totaling $284.4 million with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD, part of the World Bank Group).
