Armenian central bank approves new version of Ameriabank’s

YEREVAN, June 29. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia has approved a new version of Ameriabank’s charter and voided Cascade Bank CJSC’s license because of the merger of these two banks, the central bank’s press office reported on Monday.

The regulator registered the merger of Ameriabank and Cascade Bank on June 18. -0—
