Ameriabank opened new service hall for premium clients in Yerevan

YEREVAN, December 8. /ARKA/. On Wednesday, CJSC “Ameriabank” opened new service hall for premium clients who will receive service package “Ameria Premium”.

“In the new hall premium clients will make transactions and conduct negotiations. Clients will be rendered services with special terms”, said General Director of CJSC “Ameriabank” Artak Hanesyan.

Service package “Ameria Premium” will emphasize the status of premium clients in Ameriabank and partner organization “Ameria Group”. The package includes high quality service in the hall “Ameria Premium”, receive “Ameria Premium” cards and premium package of services and tariffs.

Clients will get discount card which will not only be a “key” for using the services of premium hall but also discounts for a number of various services.

Premium client should correspond to some criteria of the bank.

“It refers to the remnant of the account, monthly turnover, number of used services and privileges of the client”, he said.

At present, clients of the Bank are about 100 physical entities and about 120 legal entities.

Director of Retail Banking Department of Ameriabank Vazrik Sekoyan said that service package “Ameria Premium” varies from standard products.

“For premium clients we created opportunity to get qualified service with more convenient and favorable conditions”, he said.

There are tariffs developed for services of premium clients. They vary from standard tariffs mainly by the speed of procedures.

One of the terms developed for premium clients is the opportunity of free time disposal, optimization in using resources, individual approach, regular information on the innovations in the bank, important events, seminars, presentations and opportunity to participate in all the events organized or funded by the bank.

In case it is necessary, premium clients of Ameriabank can be served after the working hours or in his/her office.

CJSC “Ameriabank” (former “Armimpexbank” renamed in May 2008) was established in July 1992 on the basis of Armenian branch of Vnesheconombank USSR. It received license of CB Armenia for banking activity on September 8, 1992. In August 2007 the shares of the Bank were obtained by the company “T-D-A Holdings Limited” affiliate of the largest investment-banking company of Russia the group “Troyka Dialog”. –0-
