HSBC Bank Armenia doesn’t exclude the opportunity of conducting close emission of bonds in 2011

YEREVAN, March 18. /ARKA/. HSBC Bank Armenia doesn’t exclude the opportunity of close emission of bonds in 2011, said deputy executive director, operational director of financial markets Irina Seylanyan.

On December 16, 2008 HSBC Bank Armenia implemented the first and one emission of  non-documentary personal coupon non-converted bonds in the amount of 1 billion drams.

The papers were registered in the stock exchange on January 13, 2009. The bank placed 10000 bonds with nominal price of 100000 drams, annual profitability of 9% (9000 drams per bond) and circulation of 365 days (redemption on January 13, 2010).

CJSC “HSBC Bank Armenia” is affiliate of “HSBC Bank plc” registered on September 1995. “HSBC Bank plc” possesses 70% of portfolio of shares of HSBC Bank Armenia and 30% of shares belong to foreign Armenian investors.
