Armenian dram depreciated against us dollar by 0.2%

YEREVAN, July 1. /ARKA/. In June, in currency market of Armenia increase of settlement rate of AMD against US dollar by 0.2% and 1.4% decline in the consumer market was registered, Armenian National Statistic Service informs.

In June 2011 compared with December 2010 increase of consumer prices by 3.5% was accompanied by the increase of settlement rate of 4%. Increase of consumer prices by 4.5% and decline of settlement rate of AMD against US dollar by 1.8% was registered.

In June average settlement rate was 374.92 drams per $1 which is by 0.4% more than the relevant indicator of June 2010. ($1 – 368.86 drams). -0-
