Central Bank places 1.5 billion drams short-term government bonds

YEREVAN, September 22. / ARKA /. The Central Bank of Armenia said it has placed today 1.5 billion drams worth short-term government (treasury) bonds of AMGT26223121 series with a 26 week maturity period.

The bank said a total of 4.9 billion drams worth bids had been made, including 4.7 billion drams competitive bids. The Treasury Depositary made no bids. Five dealers took part in the auction. The average yield on a bond was 7.6342%, the cutoff point was 7.9290%. ($1 – 374.47 drams). -0-
