AMD 901.6 billion attracted by Armenia’s commercial banks in October as deposits

YEREVAN, November 29. /ARKA/. Armenia’s commercial banks attracted AMD 901.6 billion in October as deposits, according to the report available on the central bank’s official website.

This amount is 2.8% larger than that of the previous month and 28.4% greater, compared with the beginning of this year.

Deposits in the national currency grew 4.1% in October, compared with September, to AMD 273.6 billion, and those in foreign currencies grew 3% to AMD 628 billion. ($1 – AMD 383.17).-0—
