Russia’s Gazprombank to increase authorized capital in Areximbank-Gazprombank Group by $10 million

YEREVAN, February 8. /ARKA/. Russia’s Gazprombank said it plans to increase its authorized capital in its Armenian-based Areximbank-Gazprombank Group by $10 million in 2012. In a press release Gazprombank said to increase the authorized capital in Areximbank-Gazprombank Пroup it will issue additional shares.

On January 1, 2012 the total capital of CJSC Areximbank-Gazprombank Group amounted to 15.7 billion drams, having increased by 830 million drams or 5.6%. over the same period of 2011ю

Areximbank-Gazprombank Group (formerly Areximbank) was established in 1998 to handle financial flows between Armenia and Russia. It is a principled member of VISA International and MasterCard International payment systems. In 2007 it joined Armenian ArCa payment system. The bank is owned fully by Russian Gazprombank. -0-
