Armenian dram depreciates 0.7% against U.S. dollar in April

YEREVAN, May 8. /ARKA/. The National Statistical Service of Armenia says Armenian dram increased against U.S. dollar by 0.7% in April of this year from March at 0.6% tumble in consumer prices.

Consumer prices surged by 1.9% as the calculated rate advanced 4.9% in April 2012 from the same month a year earlier.

An average calculated rate accounted to 373.65 drams per $1. ($1 – 392.13 drams). —0–
