Converse bank offers 50% discount on savings at opening summer deposit

YEREVAN, June 7. /ARKA/. Converse bank announces Thursday on 50% discount on using savings in case of opening new “Summer” deposit till August 31.

According to the source, the new deposit “Summer” will be offered for no less than one year at 12% annual rate.

“A depositor, if he wants, can get the accumulated rates right after opening a deposit and go for a summer vacation,” the press release says.

A depositor will be given an opportunity to choose any plastic card, such as Visa Classic, Mastercard Standard, Visa Gold or Mastercard Gold. In case a depositor withdraws the deposit three months later after opening it, the annual rate will be recalculated at 6% from 12%, and six month later- at 8%.

Converse bank CJSC is registered on December 20, 1993. Argentinean businessman of Armenian origin Eduardo Eurnekian has been holding 95% of its stock since February of 2007. Another 5% is held by Armenian Apostolic Church.—0–
