Russia’s Ministry of Finance not to tax deposits additionally

YEREVAN, April 3. /ARKA/. Russia’s Finance Ministry didn’t support the idea of taxing the deposits additionally, Minister Anton Siluanov said, Russian RIA Novosti reports.At present, interest income is not taxed if it doesn’t hit over +5% refinancing rate.  “After debates at Ministry of Finance we decided not to introduce any additional taxes on deposits. We decided to reject that idea,” Siluanov said.—0-
