Central Bank of Armenia auctions one billion drams short-term bonds

YEREVAN, April 8. / ARKA /. The Central Bank of Armenia said today it had auctioned one billion drams worth short-term government bonds of AMGT52074141 issue maturing in 52 weeks.

It said 1.82 billion drams worth bids had been made, of which 1.72 billion drams were competitive bids.

The auction was attended by six dealers. The average weighted yield on a bond was 9.3948%. The cutoff point was 9.4500%. The profit after placement amounted to 934,231,551 drams ($ 1 – 418.25 drams).
