Armenian Central Bank auctions 500 million drams worth short-term bonds

YEREVAN, August 5. / ARKA /. The Central Bank of Armenia said it has auctioned today 500 million drams worth short-term (treasury) government bonds of AMGT52048145 issue with a maturity period of 52 weeks.

It said over 1.6 billion drams worth bids had been submitted, of which 1.58 billion drams were competitive. Six dealers were said to have taken part in the auction of bonds with average 8.9000% yield and 8.9000% cut-off point. After placement profit was said to amount to 458,720,272 drams ($ 1 – 410.11 drams). -0-
