Seventh issue of corporate bonds by Araratbank listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, August 8. / ARKA /. Starting August 08, 2013, corporate bonds issued by ARARTBANK will be listed and included in Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia. This issue of the Company’s corporate bonds comprises 40,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon yield of 13% and maturity period of 36 months. The issue will be traded under ARBKB7 ticker symbol. ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

Currently, common nominal stocks of ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while two issues of coupon bonds by the Company nominated in USD (ARBKB5, ARBKB6) are listed at Bbond list. Another 3 issues of corporate bonds by the Company were listed at the Exchange in 2007, 2008 and 2009, being successfully redeemed afterwards at their maturity. In January 2008, Nordic exchange operator OMX Group acquired 100% of the shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA). After the combination of NASDAQ and OMX in February 2008, Armex and CDA became fully owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. On January 26, 2009, “Armenian Stock Exchange” ojsc was officially renamed as “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” ojsc. On June 5, 2009, “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the “Central Depository of Armenia” ojsc. ($1 – 408.60 drams). -0-
