Armenia’s Central Bank awards license to C-QUADRAT AMPEGA to manage Armenian pension fund

YEREVAN, December 2. / ARKA /. Armenia’s Central Bank said today it has awarded a license to C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT joint stock company to manage investment funds. The regulator said its board had registered this company on November 29.

On November 6 C-QUADRAT had asked the Central Bank of Armenia to provide it with a license allowing it to establish a company to manage an Armenia’s mandatory funded pension fund.

C-QUADRAT founded in 1991, has offices in Vienna, London, Frankfurt and Geneva and a sales network in 17 European countries. -0-
