Tenth issue of corporate bonds by National Mortgage Company placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, April 23. / ARKA /. On April 23, 2014 “National Mortgage Company” Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) has placed the tenth issue of its corporate bonds at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

The Company submitted for placement 10,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 100,000, coupon yield of 10% and a maturity period of 36 months.

Purchase orders for a total of AMD 2,478,193,315 were placed for the Company’s bonds, as a result of which the bonds were fully placed and the Company’s income from placement amounted to AMD 981,365,520.

Cut price of the bonds was AMD 97,625.24, weighted average yield was 10,7688% and the cut yield stood at 10,9501%.

Currently three issues of corporate bonds by NMC are admitted to trading and outstanding at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. ArnSwissbank is acting as the underwriter. -0-
