Armenia’s inflation at 4.4% in January-May

YEREVAN, June 20. /ARKA/. Armenia recorded 4.4% inflation in January-May 2014 against the same period of the year before, ArmStat told ARKA.

Consumer prices decreased by 0.8% in the country ni May compared to April, according to the report.

A 4% year-on-year increase was recorded in economic activity in January-May.

The planned 2014 inflation level is 4% (±1.5%) and GDP growth 5.2% under the budget.–0–
