Armenian coin series get a prize at international Coin Constellation 2014

YEREVAN, September 24. /ARKA/. “Armenian alphabet letters” series of commemorative silver coins won a special prize of the organizing committee at Coin Constellation -2014, the eighth international commemorative coin contest, the press office of the Central Bank of Armenia reported.

About 260 commemorative coins and 25 coin series from 31 countries participated in the contest. The jury comprised for experts from international museums, auctions, central banks, coin distributors, numismatic associations and professional periodicals.

The Coin Constellation 2014 is the only commemorative coin contest held in Russia (since 2007). The contest is organized by Water Mark publishing house. –0–
