Authorization by ArCa payment cards and terminals halted temporarily

YEREVAN, February 25. / ARKA /. Authorization by ArCa payment cards and terminals was halted temporarily due to a technical problem, the executive director of the payment system, Ishham Mkhitaryan, said to ARKA news agency. He said experts were working to eliminate the problem.
He said the company apologizes for any inconvenience this might cause.

Armenian Card CJSC was established on March 16, 2000 as a united national payment system. Today 19 of Armenia’s 21 commercial banks participate in ArCa payment system.

The company is a full member of MasterCard Europe international payment system. It also processes VISA and American Express (Third Party Processor) cards.

It issues ArCa Debit, ArCa Classic, ArCa Gold, ArCa Business, ArCa Affinity, ArCa Co-branded, ArCa Platinum, as well as ArCa pension cards.-0-
