US dollar rises by 0.68 p.p. against Armenian dram

YEREVAN, July 17. / ARKA /. The US Dollar has grown today by 0.68 percentage point over Armenia’s national currency from July 16 to 479.93 drams, the Central Bank said.

It said also the value of Euro has dropped from 522.53 drams to 522.04 drams, while the value of Russian ruble has grown from 8.42 drams to 8.45 drams.

In the meantime the greenback traded at NASDAQ OMX Armenia at 480.67 drams, by 0.24% higher from the previous figure.

The exchange said 11 transactions with USD were effected today worth $1.7 million (the equivalent of 817.14 million drams). No transactions with euros were made, it said. -0-
