Armenia’s central bank cuts key rate e by 1 percentage point to 8.75%

YEREVAN, December 22. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Central Bank on Tuesday decided to reduce the refinancing rate by 1 percentage point to 8.75%.

Before that the regulator cut the refinancing rate on 10 November 2015 by lowering it from 10.25% to 9.75% .

Annual inflation in Armenia was at 1.2 percent in November, down from 1.9 percent in October, according to central bank data. -0-
